Welcome to the LLPA. Please read these Terms of Service (“ToS”) and the Privacy Policy prior to registering on https://thellpa.com/, https://training.thellpa.com/, https://skills-academy.com/ (including all white-labelled sites) or using any portion of LLPA Sites (the “Site,” which consists of all content and pages located within the web domain), including accessing any course material, chat rooms, or other electronic services.
These ToS, and the Privacy Policy are agreements (the “Agreements”) between you and the LLPA. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be legally bound by the Agreements, whether or not you are a registered user. If you do not understand or do not wish to be bound by the terms of the Agreements, you should not use the Site.
LLPA reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time without advance notice. Any changes to these ToS will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date. By accessing the Site after any changes have been made, you signify your agreement on a prospective basis to the modified ToS and all of the changes. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of these ToS.
The Site refers users to online courses that include opportunities for trainer-to-student and student-to-student interactivity, for students who demonstrate their mastery of subjects, a certificate of achievement or other acknowledgment. The Site is a centralized platform that serves as a liaison between vendors, members and customers.
You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Site and for your User Postings. “User Postings” include all content submitted, posted, published or distributed on the Site by you or other users of the Site, including but not limited to all forum posts, wiki edits, notes, questions, comments, videos and file uploads. You agree that you will use the Site in compliance with these ToS and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations, including copyright laws, any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence, and all United States export control laws.
As a condition of your use of the LLPA services, you will not use the Site in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden or impair any server or the network(s) connected to any server or to interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any server through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information stored on the Site, its servers or associated computers through any means not intentionally made available through the Site.
Furthermore, you agree not to scrape, or otherwise download in bulk, any Site content, including but not limited to a list or directory of users on the system, online textbooks, User Postings or user information. You agree not to misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the Site.
In order to participate fully in Site activities, you must provide your name, an email address and a user password in order to create a user account (“User Account”). You agree that you will never divulge or share access or access information for your User Account with any third party for any reason. In setting up your User Account, you may be prompted to enter additional optional information (e.g., your address). You represent that all information provided by you is accurate and current. You agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current.
In case you participate in the Partner Skills Academy project, we share your registration and progress data – first name, last name, phone, country, e-mail, company, job role, workshop name, study progress (percentage) + the exam scheduling information – country, company, exam ID, exam-taking month and exam success information (passed/failed) with your employer and Microsoft EU as per the service agreement.
Candidates participating in an LLPA online exam/competition including but not limited to “C3 Cloud Skills Cup Tournament”, “C3 Cloud Skills Cup World Championships” or “AWSome Skills Challenge” will have their including but not limited to name, surname, score, completion time, company name or school name automatically displayed on a public leaderboard hosted by LLPA Member, Algebra-based in Croatia. A Leaderboard is a form of “ranking” which determines the results of the competition. Your registration information will be shared within the LLPA network with the relevant LLPA Member in your country for hosting the local event.
In case you participate in the PL-900 Power Platform training delivered centrally by the LLPA in partnership with its members, your registration and progress data – first name, last name, e-mail address, country, contact number that you use to purchase the package will be shared with the LLPA member in your country.
Candidates registering for the C3 Global Cloud Skills v-Tour will have their (including but not limited to) name, surname, e-mail address, phone, country details, company name, job title and industry processed through the vFairs platform for the purpose of creating an account for the registered candidate to access online content, virtual booths and live-streamed activities. Your registration information will be shared with the LLPA member in your country.
Authorized Learners participating in the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative Program will have their company name, first name, last name, and email address information collected by the LLPA and the associated LLPA Member for the purpose of facilitating the Program Courses. Authorized Learners will be contacted by the LLPA or the associated LLPA Member solely to facilitate access to the Microsoft Official Online Courseware and registration/training completion. The LLPA and its’ associated LLPA Members will NOT share personal data gathered as part of the Program with any third parties without a lawful basis to do so. The LLPA agrees to only use such personal data for the delivery of Program Courses. However, the LLPA may provide personal data of Authorized Learners to Microsoft for the purpose of reporting course completion using an Arvato online system (Microsoft’s Learning Partner Programs Portal). Microsoft will receive and use Personal Data for the purpose of contacting Authorized Learners about products, services, events or offers. Including this, Personal Data made available to Microsoft will also be shared with the Authorized Learners’ company/organization. The LLPA warrants that the provision of Personal Data to Microsoft will not violate any agreement or obligation and will comply with all applicable privacy laws, rules and regulations.
We care about the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about what information the LLPA collects and how the LLPA uses that information.
Unless indicated as being in the public domain, the content on the Site is protected by Dutch and foreign copyright laws. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the Site, the texts, exams, video, images and other instructional materials provided with the courses offered on this Site are for your personal use in connection with those courses only.
Certain reference documents, digital textbooks, articles and other information on the Site are used with the permission of third parties and use of that information is subject to certain rules and conditions, which will be posted along with the information. By using this Site, you agree to abide by all such rules and conditions.
You agree to retain all copyright and other notices on any content you obtain from the Site. All rights in the Site and its content, if not expressly granted, are reserved.
By submitting or distributing your User Postings, you affirm, represent and warrant (1) that you have the necessary rights, licenses, consents and/or permissions to reproduce and publish the User Postings and to authorize LLPA and its users to reproduce, modify, publish and otherwise use and distribute your User Postings in a manner consistent with the licenses granted by you below, and (2) that neither your submission of your User Postings nor the exercise of the licenses granted below will infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You, and not the LLPA, are solely responsible for your User Postings and the consequences of posting or publishing them.
By submitting or distributing your User Postings, you hereby grant to the LLPA a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to host, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify, distribute, redistribute, relicense and otherwise use, make available and exploit your User Postings, in whole or in part, in any form and in any media formats and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed).
By submitting or distributing your User Postings, you hereby grant to each user of the Site a non-exclusive license to access and use your User Postings in connection with their use of the Site for their own personal purposes.
The LLPA and other institutions providing courses on the Site (collectively, the “Members”) may offer a certificate of achievement or other acknowledgement (a “Certificate”) for students who, in their judgment, have satisfactorily demonstrated mastery of the course material. Certificates will be issued by the LLPA under the name of the underlying Member from where the course originated, or you will be directed to the Members certificate fulfilment process. The decision whether a Certificate will be awarded to a given student will be solely within the discretion of the awarding Member. The LLPA and/or the Members providing courses on the Site may choose not to offer a Certificate for some courses.
Names, logos and seals used on the Site are trademarks (“Trademarks”) of the respective entities. You may not use any of these Trademarks, or any variations thereof, without the owner’s prior written consent. You may not use any of these Trademarks, or any variations thereof, for promotional purposes, or in any way that deliberately or inadvertently claims, suggests or, in these institutions’ sole judgment, gives the appearance or impression of a relationship with or endorsement by these institutions.
All Trademarks not owned by the LLPA or the Members that appear on the Site or on or through the services made available on or through the Site, if any, are the property of their respective owners.
Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of the owner of the applicable Trademark.
The site and any information, content or services made available on or through the site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind (express, implied or otherwise), including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except insofar as any such implied warranties may not be disclaimed under applicable law.
LLPA and the LLPA Participants (as hereinafter defined) do not warrant that the site will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner, that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the courses or content provided will meet your needs or expectations. LLPA and Participants also make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or quality of the site or any courses or content, or that any particular courses or content will continue to be made available. “LLPA Participants” means LLPA, Microsoft, the LLPA Members, the entities providing information, content or services for the site and the course instructors.
Use of the site, and the content and services obtained from or through the site, is at your own risk. Your access to or download of information, materials or data through the site or any reference sites is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your property (including your computer system) or loss of data that results from the download or use of such material or data, unless otherwise expressly provided for in the LLPA privacy policy.
You understand that when using the Site, you will be exposed to User Postings from a variety of sources and that neither LLPA nor the LLPA Participants are responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, reliability or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Postings. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Postings that are inaccurate, offensive, defamatory, indecent or objectionable and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against LLPA or any of the LLPA Participants with respect thereto. Neither LLPA nor any of the LLPA Participants endorse any User Postings or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein. Neither LLPA nor any of the LLPA Participants have any obligation to monitor any User Postings or any other user communications through the Site.
However, LLPA reserves the right to review User Postings and to exercise its sole discretion to edit or remove, in whole or in part, any User Posting at any time and for any reason, or to allow the LLPA Participants to do so.
Without limiting the foregoing, upon receiving notice from a user or a content owner that a User Posting allegedly does not conform to these ToS, LLPA may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove the User Posting, which it reserves the right to do at any time and without notice.
The Site may include hyperlinks to sites maintained or controlled by others. LLPA and the LLPA Participants are not responsible for and do not routinely screen, approve, review or endorse the contents of or use of any of the products or services that may be offered at these sites. If you decide to access linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that neither LLPA nor any of the LLPA Participants will be liable to you for any loss or damages, either actual or consequential, arising out of or relating to these terms of service, or your (or any third party’s) use of or inability to use the site, or your placement of content on the site, or your reliance upon information obtained from or through the site, whether your claim is based in contract, tort, statutory or other law.
In particular, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither LLPA nor any of the LLPA Participants will have any liability for any consequential, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable and whether or not LLPA or any of the LLPA Participants has been negligent or otherwise at fault (including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, errors, loss of profits, loss of data or interruption in the availability of data).
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
You agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify LLPA and the LLPA Participants, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, students, agents and employees from and against any third-party claims, actions or demands arising out of, resulting from or in any way related to your use of the Site, including any liability or expense arising from any and all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, LLPA or one of the LLPA Participants will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
You agree that LLPA, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Site or your participation in it, for any reason or no reason, upon notice to you. It is LLPA’s policy to terminate in appropriate circumstances the accounts of users of the Site who are repeat copyright infringers. LLPA and the LLPA.
Participants reserve the right at any time in their sole discretion to cancel, delay, reschedule or alter the format of any course offered through the Site, or to cease providing any part or all of the Site content or related services, and you agree that neither LLPA nor any of the LLPA Participants will have any liability to you for such an action. If you no longer desire to participate in the Site, you may terminate your participation at any time. The rights granted to you hereunder will terminate upon any termination of your right to use the Site, but the other provisions of these ToS will survive any such termination.
These ToS, and the LLPA Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and the LLPA with respect to your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and LLPA regarding your use of the Site.
The failure of LLPA to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these ToS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these ToS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of these ToS shall remain in full force and effect.
You agree that these ToS and any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these ToS or any content or service obtained from or through the Site will be governed by Dutch law.

This Privacy Policy only applies to information from our clients and people visiting the LLPA Sites: https://thellpa.com/, https://c3events.thellpa.com/, https://training.thellpa.com/ and https://skills-academy.com/ (including all white-labelled sites) (the “Site,” which consists of all content and pages located within the web domain) and does not apply to information that we may collect from you in other ways (for example, this policy does not apply to information that you may provide to us over the phone, by fax, or through conventional mail).
The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from our clients and the visitors of our website, for what purpose, how we intend to use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others, for how long we keep it, how we keep it secure and how we review and update such data and the rules by which we do it. As used in this Privacy Policy “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Leading Learning Partners Association (the LLPA).
As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information about yourself that you may provide to us when using the Sites, such as when you sign up for a user account or enter into a transaction through the Sites, which may include (but is not limited to) your name, contact information, gender, date of birth, occupation, company name and certification status etc.
By using our Sites, i.e. registering for our services, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
While we may change this Policy from time to time, we will keep posting the amended Privacy Policy at this Site. We may also e-mail periodic reminders of our notices, but you should check our Sites frequently to see the current Privacy Policy that is in effect.
Personal information is only collected in so far as it is technically required to provide our services. In no case will the data collected be sold or unlawfully passed on to third parties for any other reasons.
LLPA is not responsible for the actions of third-party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of or affiliation with those people or companies.

LLPA may collect information about you from a variety of sources. This includes (a) information we collect directly from you, (b) information we collect automatically when you visit our sites or view our online content or (c) information we collect about you from other sources.
Information we collect directly from you
When you sign up for a user account, participate in online courses, register for a paid certificate, send us email messages and/or participate in our public forums, or otherwise provide information directly to us, we may ask for your email address, full name, public username, password, city, mobile number, country or region of residence and the company you are currently working for.
Information about your gender, year of birth and the highest level of education completed are optional.
Information about the country you are from we will use to deliver your personal information to our Member in the country you are from, but only if you consent and agree with the terms as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you participate in the Partner Skills Academy project, we collect the exam scheduling information and exam success information.
Information we collect automatically when you visit our Sites or view our online content
When you visit and browse our Sites, LLPAs’ websites collect certain information automatically and store it in log files.
This information may be entered by you (for example, attending courses, schedules, attendee info, comments, etc.) or from the web service itself (for example, which pages of our Site were visited, when they were visited, and which hyperlinks and other user interface controls were used, duration of session, connection information, usage and log data about how the services are accessed and used, the type of the device you are using, IP addresses, (we may be able to determine from an IP address a user’s Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity), location information, language settings, what operating system you are using, browser software, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data). We also collect certain usage information about student performance and patterns of learning.
We use these to help us design our site to better suit our users’ needs, to help us support our service, for fraud prevention and security monitoring. This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends. We do not collect and process personally identifiable information such as your name, date of birth, address and other unless you provide us with them.
Various web analytics tools are used to collect this information. Some of the information is collected through cookies (small text files placed on your computer that store information about you, which can be accessed by the Site). You should be able to control how and whether cookies will be accepted by your web browser. Most browsers offer instructions on how to reset the browser to reject cookies in the “Help” section of the toolbar. If you reject our cookies, many functions and conveniences of the Sites may not work properly.
Information we collect about you from other sources
LLPA may receive information about you from other sources, including publicly available databases or third parties and combine this data with information we already have about you. We may also receive information from other affiliated companies that are a part of our Association. This helps us to improve our communications with you, to identify new prospects for marketing, and provide products and services that may be of interest to you.
LLPA may use collected personal information as necessary to provide and maintain the services, including membership services, privacy and data protection content, certification, training, to administer and improve the courses, to address and respond to service, security and customer support issues, to fulfill our contracts, to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, unlawful, or technical issues, to fulfill legal obligations or to provide analysis or valuable information back to you.
Some specific examples of how we use the information:
If you participate in the CEE Partner project, some information is collected to be shared with your employer and Microsoft (see paragraph 4).
We share aggregated, anonymous information that does not identify you, for LLPA business purposes. For example, we may disclose the number of visitors to LLPA Sites or services. We may also share aggregated anonymous information with our business partners for their own business purposes.
Your personal information will be in the first place processed based on the contract we have with you or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, based on your consent or when it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are a subject.
In case you participate in the Partner Skills Academy project, we share with your employer and Microsoft EU your registration and progress data – first name, last name, MPN ID, phone, country, e-mail, company, job role, workshop name, study progress (percentage) + the exam scheduling information – country, company, exam ID, exam taking month and exam success information (passed/failed) as per the service agreement. We will use your email and phone number to ask you information whether you have passed the exam.
LLPA may disclose your personal information to third parties only as described in this Privacy Policy.
Based on your previous consent LLPA may share the collected personal information with its’ Member from the country you come from so they could contact you with information about courses, events or services they offer and that could be of interest to you. For these situations we will make clear at the point of collection that the information will be shared as described.
Also, only with your explicit consent will we share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not sell or rent your information to any third parties.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. If you want to withdraw consent, you can do it by sending an e-mail to support@thellpa.com.
We may share your personal information with third party service providers (for example for providing system administrator service or cloud computing infrastructure) for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. These third-party service providers have access to personal information only as necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own purposes.
We may share your information with the third-party product providers for the purposes of, for example, certificate issuance for the course you finished. In some cases, they will be acting as a data controller of your information and therefore we advise you to read their Privacy Policy.
LLPA may share your information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, or a financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. You will be notified through notice on our site of any change in ownership or users of your personal information.
Also, we may share your personal information as required by law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or LLPA to legal liability.
For our Q&A Session and centralized training delivery services we will use a persistent chat-based collaboration platform (i.e. Microsoft Teams). When added to team, due to technical limitations of the software used, the e-mail account details of the account used for adding you to the meeting (name, e-mail, picture, etc.) might be visible to the other team members in the meeting requests and during the meeting.
Comments or other information posted by you to our forums or other areas of the Sites designed for public communications or communications among registered course members may be read, collected and used by others who visit the Site. For this reason, we encourage you to use discretion when deciding whether to post any information that can be used to identify you to those forums (or other public areas). If you want us to remove your personal information from our community forum, contact us at support@thellpa.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Our Sites may contain links to third-party services or websites (such as Facebook or Twitter). If you click on those links, including link to Members’ site or advertisement, you will leave our Sites and go to the site you selected. If you visit a third-party website or use a third-party service, you should consult that site’s or service’s privacy policy. Our privacy policy does not cover the use of tracking tools from third parties and we do not have access or control over these third parties. If you choose, for example, to use Facebook login to use our community forums, the information you provide is tied to your Facebook account and you will need to contact Facebook directly in order to request removal of personal information from our community forum. But also, logging into one of our sites with your social network or other third-party account may allow us to gather information that you give us permission to access from that social network or third party.
LLPA does not currently collect financial information from you; however, if you choose to purchase any of the services offered, you will be directed to our third party payment processor and the submission of your payment information will be subject to the terms found at the payment landing page accessible via LLPA Terms of Services. Payment processors’ websites are not under our control, and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the collection and use of your information by such websites, unless we have otherwise indicated in this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to be aware when you are being redirected to a third-party website and review the Privacy Policies of each website you visit and use.
LLPA is headquartered in the Netherlands but our Members and our business partners are located throughout the world so we and our service providers may transfer your personal data to, or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
By way of example, this may happen if we use third party service providers outside of the European Economic Area or Switzerland or if any of our servers are located in a country outside of the European Economic Area or Switzerland. Also, if you use our services while you are outside the EU, your information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland in order to provide you with those services.
In such cases we will take steps to ensure that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it, for example through a series of intercompany agreements based on the Standard Contractual Clauses authorized under the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and also valid under the new General Data Protection Regulation(EU) 2016/679.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your acknowledgement and agreement to that transfer.
We will keep your personal information on our systems only as long as your account with us is active, as needed to provide you a service set out in any relevant contract you hold with us, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis.
We may collect your email address when you contact our customer service. Data collected for this purpose will be deleted right after we help you resolve your issue or complaint.
If you wish to cancel your account or for us to stop providing you services, or if we hold personal information about you and you want it to be removed from our database or inactivated, please contact us at support@thellpa.com.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information, we hold about you.
You have a right to (a) request access to, (b) rectification or (c) erasure of your personal data we hold, (d) restriction of processing concerning your personal data or (e) to object to processing as well as (f) the right to data portability.
You also have a right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The accuracy of your information is important to us. If you need assistance in reviewing, updating or changing your information you can email us at support@thellpa.com.
You have a right to delete your personal information or ask us to do that for you, but if you, or we on your behalf, completely delete all your personal information your account may become deactivated and we may not be able to provide you with the requested service.
If you want to get a copy of the personal information we hold about, please contact us at support@thellpa.com any time.
You have a right to object at any time to processing of your personal data based on public interest, in the exercise of official authority, for the purposes of our or third-party legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes.
If you no longer want to receive marketing messages from us, please contact us at support@thellpa.com and you’ll be ‘opted out’. You can choose to opt out of all marketing communications or to opt out of marketing in one of several ways (such as email, text, phone or post).
We may analyze your personal information to create a profile of your interests and preferences so that we can contact you with information relevant to you and to detect and reduce fraud risk. While making your profile we may use all collected information about you, even those available from external sources, to help us do this effectively.
You have a right to object at any time to profiling based on processing of your personal data based on public interest, in the exercise of official authority, for the purposes of our or third-party legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes. For this purpose, please contact us at addresses mentioned in the section “What are your Rights”.
LLPA does not knowingly collect personal information from children, aged 16 or under, without appropriate parental or guardian consent.
If you are aged 16 or under‚ please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address before getting your parent/guardians’ permission.
